Estate Rosé

This is a great place to add a tagline.

Grown in South-West France and is the most widely planted grape in Uruguay, Tannat is a big, bold, dry red with elevated levels of tannin. This means that it is also one of the "Healthiest" grape varieties with the highest amounts of antioxidants (like resveratrol) and the lowest amounts of residual sugar. Due to the thick skins, this wine went through a long oak aging program of 18 months before bottling to allow the wine to soften and the tannins to round-out. This wine has notes of Black Current, and plum with vanilla and baking spice notes from the oak aging.

Traminette

Wine Blend: 100% Traminette

Sourcing: Clarksburg, CA, We source our West Coast fruit from a family winery and vineyard (just like us) that grows terrific vinifera grapes for us year after year. Grapes arrive in cold trucks to our winery, just days after being picked in California.

Traminette is recognized as Indiana’s state grape. This crisp white wine is semi-sweet with a gentle fizz to make a refreshing summer sipper! With bright notes of melon, citrus and pineapple this wine pairs excellently with light appetizers or spicy Mexican or Asian fare.

Best served chilled to 35-40 degrees.

Estate Rosé

Wine Blend: Field blend from our Estate Vineyard, Grapes included: Catawba, Concord, Vidal Blanc, Marquette

Sourcing: Our own estate vineyard!

Crafted from early-harvested Pinot Noir from our California vineyard partner, this rosé begins with a delicate press and minimal skin contact to preserve its light, crisp profile. Fermented slowly at cool temperatures for nearly two months, it retains bright acidity and vibrant fruit character. A final touch of Indiana-grown Catawba (20%) adds a burst of fresh-picked strawberry to the refreshing notes of blueberry and green melon.

Best served chilled to 35-40 degrees.

Tannat

Wine Blend: 100% Tannat

The higher tannins and alcohol also make this wine great for long term aging, so enjoy it now or in 5-10 years!
