About The Event
Join us for a 4 Week Yoga Series led by Jen Riggs. This is a beginner friendly series designed to help you ease into movement, build strength and flexibility, and learn how to move with your breath.
Each class has a different focus:
Week 1 (April 30th): Breathing basics, posture and alignment, gentle mobility.
Week 2 (May 7th): Core stability, strength in legs and hips, connecting breath with movement.
Week 3 (May 14th): Linking poses together, smoother transitions, breath-led movement.
Week 4 (May 21st): Putting everything together, longer stretches, and nervous system reset.
