WHAT DOES THE '1 PARTICIPANT' MEAN?

• The '1 Participant' simply indicates that you are the individual who reserved the greenhouse. Each greenhouse accommodates up to 8 adult guests. ​​

AVAILABILITY:

• Greenhouse reservations close 48 hours prior to the booking time in order to ensure proper staffing. 

​

HOW TO RENT: 

• Greenhouses may only be reserved online. Reservations and payments cannot be made by phone.

​

COST: 

• Wednesday & Thursday: $65 for 2 hours

• Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: $95 for 2 hours

​

CHECKING IN:

• To begin your greenhouse experience, please check in inside at the Greenhouse Check-In Station.

• Provide your name and reservation time to our host, who will then escort you to your greenhouse.

​

GUEST LIMIT: 

•  Each greenhouse accommodates up to 8 guests maximum. For safety and comfort, this limit is strictly enforced. ​

​

HEATING: 

• Greenhouses are heated, though we recommend dressing comfortably for cooler weather.

• For everyone's comfort and safety, heaters must remain in their assigned greenhouses. If heaters are moved or adjusted improperly, staff may need to end the reservation early.

​

SERVICE:

• A dedicated server will be assigned to your greenhouse.​

• You may order food and beverages directly from your server, who will deliver everything to your table.​

​

PAYMENT:

• Payment for reservations is made in full online.

• reservations cannot be completed in-store or by phone. 

• Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for reservations but may be applied toward your food and beverage bill.

CHILDREN/PETS:

• We welcome guests of all ages in our building and greenhouses.

• While we adore pets, they are not permitted inside the building or greenhouses.

SMOKING:

• Our property is 100% smoke-free, including the greenhouses. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on-site.
