Made with Catawba grapes that were fermented on their skins for a few days to add weight to the palate and impart the beautiful orange hue, this Pèt-Nat has bright acidity and notes of peach and orange blossom.
Fermented with native yeast and bottled without filtering or fining, this wine was made with one ingredient: grapes.
